Who is DESOTEC?
Your tasks & responsibilities?
As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle. This means you will be involved in numerous critical HR processes, including recruitment & selection, preboarding & onboarding, employee engagement & development (in collaboration with our Learning & Development colleagues), retention, and offboarding. You will also act as the HR partner for your assigned departments.
- You take ownership of recruitment activities across Europe: from creating job vacancies and sourcing candidates to selection, stakeholder management, and salary proposals, always ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- You think strategically and creatively about the best approach for each vacancy. Out-of-the-box ideas? Absolutely!
- You ensure a warm and efficient preboarding and onboarding process, including a strong first-day experience.
- You actively follow up with new employees and support their smooth integration into the organization.
- You serve as the first point of contact for your departments regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and challenges, always adopting a solution-oriented mindset. Your manager and the wider HR team are available to support and brainstorm on more complex cases.
- You initiate and support HR optimization initiatives and projects with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Who are you?
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a relevant field such as organizational psychology, human resources, or a related discipline.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in soft HR and are a true people person who gains energy from interacting with both current and future colleagues as well as external partners.
- You communicate fluently and proactively in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are creative and possess strong writing skills, enabling you to create compelling job advertisements and engaging social media content.
- You are hands-on and solution-oriented. Faced with multiple priorities? You remain calm and excel at setting the right priorities.
- You are administratively strong and digitally savvy, with experience using MS Office, ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and related tools.
What does your team look like?
As a Talent Partner at DESOTEC, you will join our close-knit and driven HR EU team, consisting of 10 outstanding colleagues. You will report directly to our Talent Manager.
